Earn up to $20/hour depending on your skill level, experience, and certifications. Our compensation includes a base rate pay plus a weekly productivity bonus. What You Will Do: Our Tire & Service Technicians and Master Tire Technicians perform all tire related services, and basic auto maintenance while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. Duties include but are not limited to: Mount & Balance Tires Tire Repairs Oil and Filter Changes Vehicle Courtesy Checks Preventive Maintenance Follow MAP Standards Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance AD&D Insurance 401k Paid Time Off (earn up to 20 days/year) Supplemental insurance plan options Job Requirements: Acceptable MVR and Background Check Pre-Employment Drug Screening Can lift 20 - 80 pounds No experience needed The Flynn's Way---Hire the BEST people for each position.
