We are seeking an exceptionally organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their daily routine, and is passionate about creating order and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: --- Manage a complex and dynamic calendar of business and personal commitments. --- Coordinate comprehensive travel plans and itineraries with attention to detail. --- Be the go-to contact for managing communications, filtering information, and handling inquiries. --- Play a pivotal role in property management, including coordination with various stakeholders, contractors, and vendors. --- Prepare reports, manage documentation, and assist in financial oversight. --- Take the lead on special projects, ensuring they align with overall goals. --- Be involved in supporting family-related activities and supporting a vibrant household. --- Organize and streamline both business and personal tasks efficiently. --- Display a knack for anticipating needs and acting proactively.
