Requisition Number: Req-234614 Position Title: External Description: Operates machinery for all phases of potato farming operations, safely and efficiently to maintain daily production goals. Performs daily pre-shift inspections, records any defects or issues, and works with field mechanic to resolve any mechanical issues. Accurately filling out company worksheets. Troubleshoot and address equipment malfunctions and operational issues in real-time to minimize downtime. Performs general maintenance, repairs, and services machinery as directed by supervisor. Utilizes GPS system to operate machinery effectively. Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills. Actively participate and comply with Company safety policies, practices, and procedures.
