General Summary: The Airport Sales Intern will work closely with the Airport Sales team to provide administrative support and assist in coordinating sales activities. This role offers valuable exposure to sales operations and administrative functions in a dynamic, fast paced setting. The Sales Intern will receive industry experience of what it is like to work in sales for a large out of home media company, will gain exposure to working in a corporate setting, and will develop strong communication and team-work skills. Essential Job Functions: Organize and clean up folio photos and maps. Tag photos by industry. Make sure all static sites have rate and sizes. Update old sales materials and clean out old material store digitally. Work on competitive requests. Assist Sales Planners with overflow requests. Upload and send beauty shots and videos to clients. Partner with Marketing and IT departments to submit help desk tickets for any Sales needs. Requirements: Interest in sales, marketing, or business development preferred. PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word knowledge. Ability to follow set procedures and follow instructions closely. Ability to learn quickly. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to prioritize and be deadline driven. Out of Home advertising industry experience a plus.
