Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Physical Health Nurse to work within an Early Intervention Team in Greater Manchester. £25.00ph Ltd £250 Registration Bonus. This dedicated Community-based service provides a timely access to multi-disciplinary backssment and intervention to adults experiencing a first episode of psychosis. Daily Duties include completing physical Health checks: Bloods, ECG, Physical Observations and Questionnaires, thereafter, uploading this onto the database to ensure all data records are updated. Monday – Friday09:00 – 17:003 Months +ongoing Person Specification The successful applicant must be a Qualified Nurse currently registered with the NMC and have recent experience working within Community Mental Health Services. The applicant must be a driver with the use of a car for community positions.
