K Imm & Edu Title: Finance Officer Work Location: #406-698 Seymour St. Vancouver, BC. V6B 3K6Wage & Benefits: $25.00/hr based on 30hrs/wk with 4% paid vacation Overtime: Overtime will be paid after 8hrs/day, and 40hrs/wk Education: Completion of secondary school Experience: At least 2 years experience in related fields or a combination of education Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time Position Available: 1Language: English Job Description: - Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, such as SAGE, Quick Book. Clover (POS)- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports- Verify and reconcile documents such as invoices, contracts, orders, and vouchers- Administer and process accounts receivable, accounts payable, such as payrolls, bills, utilities, other expenses, related government remittances (GST/PST), WCB, payroll deductions. - Assist with year-end preparations, such as T4/T4A/T5s returns and corporate tax returns and ROEs etc. - Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information Others We welcome applications from underrepresented groups such as Indigenous peoples, New Immigrants, Youth etc. Candidates legally entitled to work in Canada can apply.
