RNLD at Private Hospital We are looking for a Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities, ensuring their physical, psychological and social needs are met. Responsibilities: · backss and monitor the health and wellbeing of the service users. · Develop individual care plans in line with best practice. · Administer medication in accordance with best practice guidelines. · Provide advice and support on health issues to service users and families. · Maintain accurate records of service users medical conditions, treatments, progress reports, etc. · Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals (e. g. doctors, psychiatrists) to ensure the best outcomes for service users. Requirements: · Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities qualification or equivalent experience. · Knowledge of relevant legislation (e. g.
