They are seeking experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse RMN to join their team offering high quality care for patients with various issues/illnesses. As an Occupational Mental Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing support, backssment, and interventions to promote mental health and create a positive work environment. In this role you will collaborate with employers and HR teams to design and implement mental health programs and initiatives in the workplace. You will conduct backssments to identify mental health needs and concerns among employees. You will provide individual counselling, support, and referrals to employees experiencing mental health challenges. You may develop and deliver training sessions on stress management, resilience, and mental health awareness. What our client is looking for: Registered Mental Health Nurse RMNAt least 1 year of Mental Health Nurse, with experience as an occupational health nurse Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatments, and interventions.
