Job Location: 1280 Finch Ave West suite 106North York, ONM3J 3K6Duration of employment: 2years Start Date: As soon as possible Work Experience: minimum 1 year to 2 years Job Duties include: · Maintain inventory control and assist in preparing the budgeting· Prepare the strategy of sales as per the market research to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue· Monitor the performance of the Sales team and motivate them for constant growth· Assist in the hiring process of the staff whenever required· Prepare contracts and educate the sales team about latest promotions and policies· Resolve the complaints with customers regarding sales and service and provide solutions· Take customer feedback to improve the sales service as per the customer needs and develop sales strategies. · Educate the customers about the latest equipment’s and advise them about the merchandise suitable for them· Develop and maintain the strategic partnerships and key networks with the industry. · Carrying out the sales training with staff and role playing sales techniques· Accomplish required targets and an elevated level of sales· Monitor sales revenue and managing advertisements, promotions and other expenses Language: Proficiency in verbal and written English is must.
