The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and possess analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent research abilities, and written and oral communication skills. The Attorney will be responsible for a variety of tasks including reviewing and preparing summaries of medical records, preparing motions, covering hearings, preparing clients for depositions, and attending depositions. The Attorney will play a vital role in the litigation process, handling various aspects from medical records analysis to motions, depositions, and court appearances. They will be expected to demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication while representing clients in legal proceedings.
