As the Event Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects on time, on budget, and according to customer specifications. Responsibilities: Complete landing gear overhaul events on time and within budget. As the Event Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects on time, on budget, and according to customer specifications. Responsibilities: Complete landing gear overhaul events on time and within budget. Maximize customer satisfaction through efficient event management. Ensure complete customer contract fulfillment for each event. Manage the progress of overhaul events and coordinate with relevant teams to align with company and customer interests. Collaborate with the Engineering team to meet technical requirements. Coordinate schedule changes with the Planning team. Provide regular feedback on the status of overhaul events to the Account Manager and Customer Support Specialist. Track and report the cost of each event compared to the budget and implement necessary countermeasures. Participate in Event status meetings and provide insightful reports to Senior Management. Review margin sheets and report on the profitability of each overhaul event after completion. Initiate actions and projects to improve overall profitability and follow up on implementations with responsible parties. Manage Post Job event completion reviews and scoring systems.
