RETROFIT backs SOR West Midlands Full: time, Permanent position Location: Field Based : West Midlands and surrounding areas Salary: Competitive, dependant on experience + Benefits Holiday: 23 days plus public holidays Overview of the role: Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently looking for a retrofit backssor to join our rapidly expanding, national team. The primary purpose of this role to conduct retrofit backssments to industry standards, alongside technically surveying measures for their validity and compliance. Effective Home is part of the Effective Energy Group. We are experts in installing renewable products into our customers homes. We have sustainability at heart and are passionate about making sustainable living accessible to all. For those who are most vulnerable, we place great emphasis on accessing funding streams that enables us to provide a reduced or no cost solution. As a retrofit backssor your key roles are to: : Conduct retrofit backssments to an industry acceptable standard. : Conduct technical surveys in a timely, accurate manner. : Liaise with retrofit co: ordinators to ensure projects are compliant and viable. : Accurately and neatly depict to scale floor plans of properties, always maintaining a consistent key. Essential Qualified Retrofit backssor with certification (Essential) Full UK Driving License (Essential) Previous experience working with building fabric. The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
