Responsibilities: • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth• Lead follow up• Real estate buyer sales• Database• Lead generation• Close sales• Follow the team plan• Sales mastery Qualifications: • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Real estate license• Commission opportunity• Good communication• Sales experience• Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Our Mission: Empowering you to fund your dreams and create the most incredible legacy possible by building bigger, more profitable businesses and pursuing peak emotional and mental fitness.
