We're seeking an outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships. We support our sales team with the tools, training, management, and competitive compensation to ensure your success. Responsibilities: --- Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel --- Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects --- Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends --- Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities --- Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information Qualifications: --- Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required --- 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience --- Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills --- Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales --- You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals About Company: We are a family-owned and operated company that specializes in insurance damage claims for HOA/multi-family projects.
