Duties:Serve as lead counsel on private placement offerings.Oversee legal aspects of private funds and joint ventures.Provide expertise in 506b offerings.Demonstrate a record of good judgment in legal matters. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Minimum of 8 years of working experience in private securities offerings, fund work, and joint ventures.Strong academic credentials. Skills:Good judgment in legal matters.Strong organizational and time management skills. This is a Florida-based business law firm. Its attorney team members are organized into four practice teams: the Administrative Law team, the Business Reorganization team, the Dispute Resolution team, and the Transaction team.
