Below is a comprehensive outline of the job description:Job Overview:Provide expert advice and counsel to clients on estate planning, trust administration, tax planning, and wealth preservation strategies.Contribute to the firm's reputation by delivering exceptional legal services and fostering client relationships.Collaborate with colleagues to address clients' needs effectively and efficiently.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to estate planning and administration matters.Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.Assist clients in developing personalized estate plans tailored to their unique circumstances and objectives.Guide clients through the probate process and administer trusts as needed.Advise clients on tax implications and strategies for minimizing estate taxes.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties involved in estate planning matters.Requirements:2-4 years of post-JD experience in estate planning and administration.Demonstrated expertise in providing legal counsel on estate planning, trust administration, tax planning, and wealth preservation.Exceptional legal research, legal writing, and verbal communication skills.Enthusiastic and detail-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.JD from a top-rated law school with outstanding academic credentials.Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in Colorado or willing to complete the process to become licensed in Colorado.Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Skills:Proficiency in legal research methods and resources.Strong drafting and reviewing skills for legal documents.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal work.Understanding of estate planning laws and regulations.Familiarity with tax planning strategies in the context of estate planning.
