The candidate will have an extensive document review. Will assist in case Law Research. Preparation and drafting of pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda of law. Client relations and communications. Deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation and attendance. Reviewing legal issues and preparing memoranda analyzing legal and factual issues. Construction litigation experience is highly preferred. Member of the Florida Bar required. Must have experience in Business Litigation/Construction Litigation. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Summation, document management system- File Site preferred.
