The ideal candidate will have 5 years of legal experience. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and managing various legal matters.Duties:Provide legal counsel to clients and offer guidance on legal matters.Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.Prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements.Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.Collaborate with colleagues to strategize and develop legal solutions.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and draft settlement agreements.Attend client meetings and maintain effective communication with clients.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.An active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.Preferably 5 years of law experienceStrong litigation and courtroom experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:An active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.Skills:Litigation and courtroom experience.Legal research and analysis.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Document drafting and review.Client-focused approach.Time management and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
