We are searching for licensed Occupational Therapists to join our comprehensive rehabilitative services. We are a leading pediatric therapy clinic in South Austin working with clients of various diagnoses such as sensory integration disorder, autism, cerebral palsy, Rhett syndrome, down syndrome, and many more. As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. We have different employment opportunities for therapists. Whether you are looking for something part-time, full-time, independent contracting, or PRN, we may have the right fit for you! Responsibilities:• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations to develop individualized treatment plans• Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' independence in daily activities, mobility, and functional skills• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in occupational therapy to enhance treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes Qualifications:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist• CPR certification and other relevant credentials as required• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly About Company: Kidtherapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric clinic that is therapist-owned and managed. We do only clinic-based services and a small amount of teletherapy. KidTherapy's pediatric therapy facility has over 4,000 square feet of fully equipped space. We offer two sensory gyms, an orthopedic gym, and four private treatment rooms. It is the mission of KidTherapy to provide the highest quality integrated therapeutic services through individualized, compassionate, reliable, and professional treatment specifically tailored to best fit each patient and their family's specific needs and goals.
