Jr Parts Analyst

Description:
The Jr Parts Analyst is responsible for ordering and processing campaign auto parts and providing support to the Parts Analysts in researching and ordering to maintain inventory valued at over $4 million. The position is an entry level position with opportunities to learn and progress to a Parts Analyst in two to four years.Responsibilities: * Assist with inventory management including ordering and tracking of parts orders * Coordinate procurement activities relating to special service campaigns * Provide timely updates to dealers and various Servco departments * Support Parts Analysts in researching parts information with OE manufacturers, on the internet, or using electronic parts catalog (EPC) * Create and analyze information to determine parts classification, order types, picking efficiency, and lead times for shipmentsRequirements: * High school graduate or equivalent * Minimum one to two years of inventory purchasing or procurement work experience * Microsoft Office proficiency * Experience working with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software such as Oracle or SAP preferred * Automotive technical knowledge preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ten key by touch preferred * Must be organized, analytical, detail and deadline oriented * Must also be flexible and adaptable to changing situations * Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pmAt Servco, we're committed to providing valuable mobility solutions to empower people through the freedom of movement and opportunity.
