Job description We are looking for an enthusiastic Chiropractic Therapy Assistant who loves building and maintaining positive relationships with patients. We are hiring based on the right attitude and will train on the skills needed to perform the position at the highest level. Your primary role is to facilitate exceptional patient experiences and assist the doctor in patient modalities. Responsibilities ● Greet and check-in patients with a smile● Administer modalities such as laser, electro-stim, traction and shockwave therapies● Demonstrate and monitor patient performing exercises and therapies● Set up patients on red-light weight loss/ body contouring system● Assist patients in getting on and off of decompression equipment● Continuously assess the schedule ensuring optimum patient flow● Respond to patient, clinical, and operational concerns timely and effectively● Maintain a clean and organized treatment area● Engage patients in marketing initiatives Qualifications: ● Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required, some college or degree preferred● Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology, prior experience as personal trainer a plus● Physically able to demonstrate exercises● Customer service focused and ability to deliver an excellent patient experience● Chiropractic office experience preferred but not required● Prior experience in working with patients/clients in a rehab or exercise setting preferred but not required● Ability to work effectively in a team environment● Willingness to train and attend conferences to develop skills● Excellent time management and organizational skills Benefits ● 401(k) matching● Opportunity to find your career, not just a job!● Paid Time Off● Employee Discounts● Bonus Program● On-the-job paid training● Retirement Plan Available to work: Monday to Thursday 8:30 am – 1pm and/or 2pm – 6:30 pmFriday 9 am – 12 pmJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeExpected hours: 21 – 40 per weekBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Paid time off Retirement plan Send resume to XXXX@discovermedicalcenter.com or apply via Indeed: https://www.indeed.com/job/chiropractic-assistant-f54f92767d12026f
