The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales in a retail environment.Duties:- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and drive sales- Utilize upselling techniques to increase revenue- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor- Assist customers in selecting products and provide product knowledge- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plusRequirements:- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage customers- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations- Knowledge of furniture sales is preferableJoin our team as a Sales Associate and be part of a vibrant retail environment where your sales skills will shine!Job Type: Full-timePay: $400.00 - $3,000.00 per weekBenefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Weekly day range: Monday to Saturday with 2 weekdays off Rotating Sundays Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Southaven, MS 38671 (Required) Work Location: In person
