Description:
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, MIS, a technical-related field, or equivalent experience. 3-7+ years' experience developing distributed/scalable systems. Demonstrated proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++. Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Proficiency in developing and consuming APIs. Thorough understanding of what it takes to deliver an application from inception to production. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Opinionated but you appreciate an environment where feedback is freely given, and your ideas are challenged. Comfortable mentoring other developers. Experience working with the OpenAI SDK and AI Frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen) is strongly preferred. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services a strong plus. The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
