Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 annually. This is a wonderful career path with outstanding potentials. Maintenance Specialist is generally offered as a part time or full time job. Prior experience in equipment maintenance, HVAC, journeyman, appliance repair, handyman or janitorial work is highly desirable. Requirements/Responsibilities Maintenance Specialist / Handyman: * Maintaining daily fryer schedules* Maintaining outside grounds* Maintaining/cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms* Managing and unloading delivery trucks as scheduled* Maintaining and emptying trash compactor and other trash equipment* Maintaining/cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units Maintenance Specialist is generally offered as a part time or full time job.
