Your success is not just a professional goal; it's our shared commitment.Position OverviewAs the Senior Designer , you will work harmoniously with designers, writers, proofreaders, account and project management to deliver on creative standards established by One10 in service to our client within the automotive industry. Leadership skills are required to work closely with the team in developing well-thought-out, on-brand communication and design concepts within Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint. Scope of WorkCollaborate with creative team in execution of work taking direction from creative leadership team. Adobe Creative Suite Requirements (75% primary) Handle projects from original inception through final production layouts as assigned Work on a variety of design assignments including interactive PDFs, brochures, displays, social media, branding/logo designs Opportunity to work on full communications campaigns as well as individual communications elements Define design vision and client-specific brand application, present work and support it with insights and rationale Participate in developing ideas for new business Present work internally and externally to clients as needed PowerPoint Requirements (25% secondary) Develop engaging PowerPoint templates and presentations with creative layout solutions Handle multiple timelines for client initiatives including quick-turn revisions Enjoy working with PowerPoint Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education or experience 3 - 5 years of industry experience with a design firm, agency, in-house team, or equivalent Portfolio demonstrating strong creative concepts, eye-catching visuals and innovation Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite's main programs, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat; skill set should include experience with Proficiency in PowerPoint, including master templates, charts, tables, infographics, hyperlinks, animation, inserting audio and video Strong conceptual abilities and original/innovative thinking for clients Self-directed, responsible, able to meet deadlines Strong internal communications skills to broader team Stay current and on-trend in the industry Strong typography and foundational design skills, compositions, color Strong eye for and attention to details Ability to think, react and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Ability to work primarily remote within commutable distance from our Troy, MI office to collaborate on-site as required What We Promise: A Culture of Innovation: Join a team that thrives on creativity, welcomes diverse perspectives, and embraces the spirit of innovation.
