1ST SHIFT PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER-STARTING PAY: $17.50/HRJBS Lenoir USA, the World s leading protein producer, is currently seeking Production Workers to join the team in the one of our fast paced and exciting Retail Ready plants in Lenoir, NCWe are searching for the following positions:Product HandlerJob Description:Understand trim specificationsStyle to customer specificationsMaintain style pace to labor standardsIdentify all retail beef or pork product specificationsIdentify all retail beef or pork packaging specificationsUnderstand grade, enhancement, ascorbic acid requirementsUnderstand Food Safety, GMP, SSOP requirementsMaintain product flow and proceduresUnderstand muscle orientation and different primalsUnderstand production schedule and rotation of itemsUnderstand table position rotation/assignment based on production scheduleTraining provided onsiteExposure and RiskCold, wet, damp environmentStanding for prolonged periods of timeUneven walking surfaces and slippery floorsThe Ideal Candidate:A solid work history, previous manufacturing or food processing experience preferredAn eye for detail and a passion for qualityWillingness to work in a fast paced, cold environment preforming repetitive work.Excellent communication skills.The successful applicant will be responsible for tasks such as cutting meat and packaging and presentation of productAll qualified, responsible applicants are encouraged to apply.
