Join our team as a Senior Commercial Building Engineer and take your career to the next level! We're seeking experienced candidates with leadership background in Commercial Building Maintenance or Commercial HVAC Service. If you have the skills and certifications, we offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities: As a Senior Commercial Building Engineer, you will: Service, diagnose, and repair Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, fire/sprinkler systems, plumbing, electrical, and Commercial HVAC equipment. Provide leadership and guidance in the maintenance and operation of commercial building systems. Oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to address facility needs promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service contracts. Qualifications/Requirements: 3 + years of leadership experience in commercial building maintenance or commercial HVAC service. EPA Certification or CFC universal refrigerant card. Proficiency in servicing and repairing Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, fire/sprinkler systems, plumbing, electrical, and Commercial HVAC equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits: Pay: $30 to $36 per hour.
