Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is expanding throughout Anne Arundel County Public Schools and we are seeking passionate and dedicated clinicians or clinical social workers to join our growing family in our Odenton, MD cluster. As a therapist, you'll have the opportunity to create a safe and nurturing environment where students can find their voice, overcome obstacles, and reach their full potential. You'll be instrumental in fostering emotional well-being, promoting mental resilience, and empowering the next generation of leaders.Clinicians must be licensed in the State of Maryland (LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT) and will be responsible for providing mental health services to Anne Arundel County Public Schools' students (ages 4+) in the school setting, at home, and/or via telehealth. Qualifications and Skills Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work Licensed LMSW/LCSWC/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT in the State of Maryland (active and in good standing) Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, EHR/EMR, excellent oral and written communication skills, and reliable transportation. The position requires flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, and self-sufficiency. Responsibilities and Duties Complete psychotherapy to individuals, families, and/or group therapy in a school setting (telehealth when needed). Complete and maintain accurate documentation of client psychosocial evaluations/reassessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge/transition summaries, charts, and weekly billing sheets. Assess and develop individual treatment plans semi-annually. Assess clients' needs for other types of service such as PRP, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, or referrals for outside treatment depending on the client’s needs. Attend and participate in weekly/bi-weekly/monthly supervision. Attend and participate in meetings with School-Based Director, clinical staff meetings, and clinical training/professional development training as scheduled. Other duties as assigned.
