Are you currently working as a Multifamily Real Estate professional in investment sales, lending, property management, asset management, etc.? AFI offers some of the most effective 3rd Party Multifamily Management Services in the industry and is seeking an individual to VET and UNDERSTAND AFI’s services such that they become an AFI AMBASSADOR and refer their trusted clients to AFI’s management services. This 1099 referral opportunity comes with compensation equal to 6% of all revenue generated from referred property owners who hire AFI. The referral compensation is a monthly revolving payment which applies to the first referred apartment complex AND any additional properties the referred property owner hires AFI for. Our most successful referral partners are currently earning thousands of dollars per month! Job Duties: Spend time via webinar / in person with AFI team members, visit AFI properties, etc. such that you know and trust AFI as an expert in multifamily management. Identify property owners in need of 3rd party management services and refer AFI’s Business Development team members Compensation 6% of AFI’s revenue generated from referred property owners.
