The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of procedural rules, adeptness in drafting pleadings, motions, and sophisticated communications, and must be admitted to practice in Maryland. The role requires strong motivation, comfort in client interactions, and proficiency in marketing, computer usage, and research skills. Possession of a Book of business and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is advantageous.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to civil litigation and corporate matters.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.Manage case files and maintain accurate records of legal activities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Law or Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.Admission to the Maryland Bar.2+ years of experience in civil litigation and corporate matters.Proficiency in understanding procedural rules and legal principles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.High level of motivation and initiative.Certifications:Admission to the Maryland Bar.Skills:Excellent legal research and analytical skills.Proficient in drafting legal documents with attention to detail and accuracy.Strong interpersonal skills for effective client communication and negotiation.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.Competence in marketing strategies for legal services.Proficiency in computer skills, including legal software and Microsoft Office suite.Job Location: Towson, MD
