The ideal candidate should possess substantial litigation and/or trial experience, strong legal writing skills, a proactive attitude, a strong business sense, and excellent communication skills.Duties:Handle all aspects of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Assist with discovery, including drafting, responding to discovery requests, and conducting document review.Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.Work closely with senior attorneys and partners to develop a case strategy.Supervise junior associates and legal staff as needed.Requirements:2-10 years of litigation experience.Substantial litigation and/or trial experience preferred.Strong legal writing skills.Proactive attitude with a strong business sense.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Arizona State Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
