The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private placements of securities, entity formation, investment funds, and corporate governance.Job Duties:Draft and negotiate a diverse array of commercial contracts and agreements.Oversee and conduct legal due diligence for corporate transactions.Provide guidance and mentorship to corporate associates and paralegals.Work independently and delegate tasks effectively to associates and paralegals.Ensure compliance with all aspects of corporate law.Requirements:Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in corporate law.J.D. degree and Texas Bar Admittance.Expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private placements of securities, entity formation, investment funds, and corporate governance.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Genuine, authentic personality with confidence in dealing with clients and colleagues.Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.Education and Certifications:J.D. degree from an accredited law school.Texas Bar Admittance.Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Genuine, authentic personality.Confidence in dealing with clients and colleagues.Job Location: Dallas, TXBenefits: The firm offers great benefits, including paid vacation and holidays, a 401(k) and profit-sharing program, health/vision/dental insurance, and parking.
