Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the promotional products industry, and an existing book of business. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and management skills, capable of leading our sales efforts and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals. Requirements: Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets. Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing manager, preferably in the promotional products or related industry. Must possess a substantial book of business with a focus on promotional products or similar. Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
