What we are looking for: A driven and mission-focused Director, Mid-Major Gifts who is in agreement with Prison Fellowship's Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct. In this role, you will provide leadership, direction, and management of an integrated strategy for PFM's Mid-Major donor program to increase donor engagement and value. Expectations of this role: Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions Lead, direct, and manage the strategy for the Mid-Major donor program in collaboration with senior leaders and in alignment with PFM's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values Oversee the Mid-Major Donor Team leading 5 Development Associates Manage a small portfolio of approximately 100 Mid-Major donors Analyze and present revenue and expense reports and manage budget Develop and maintain a complete understanding of all PF programs, products, and services Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in managing a team of sales or fundraising professionals (or relevant experience) Bachelor's degree; Master's degree a plus Strong sales and customer relations experience Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills Editing skill-set necessary for managing the communication strategies of the team Technology skills in Outlook, Windows, Microsoft Office, and Excel; ability to learn PF CRM database (Salesforce) This work-from-home position requires the ability to travel up to 20% What we offer: A team oriented, mission driven, supportive environment with cutting edge technology solutions and tremendous opportunity for growth and development. What this Means for Communities Through an amazing awakening to new hope and life purpose available through Jesus, those who once broke the law are transformed and mobilized to serve their neighbors, replacing the cycle of crime with a cycle of renewal that restores entire communities.
