The Role We're hiring a Senior User Interface Designer on the Website Platforms User Experience team. In this role, you'll work on the Salesforce.com website, creating new design concepts, patterns, and guidelines, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to bring your visions to life. You'll have the opportunity to shape the user experience in meaningful and ethical ways, making life better for users and customers. On the Website Platforms UX team, we aspire to make experiences that people love - helping our users discover new capabilities, transform their business outcomes, grow their skills, build their profile, connect with other trailblazers, engage in our industry-leading events, and more. We are driven by curiosity and experimentation, using data from user research and testing to craft scalable and effective solutions that are inclusive of all users. You'll immerse yourself in all aspects of end-to-end experience design by building high-fidelity prototypes, using design system frameworks, pages, components, and tokens to communicate the design vision. Bring your skills, inspire your team, and create amazing experiences as you help us transform the way business gets done. Responsibilities Articulate design goals and outcomes with various stakeholders to build a shared vision. Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and user research teams to create a compelling product vision. Produce storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity design concepts to communicate the design vision based on research findings. Generate detailed design specs while taking advantage of developer tools for efficient handoff. Ship high quality implementations by pairing closely with QA and developers Champion design systems adoption and best practices. Create inclusive designs for all users; advocate for accessibility, encouraging product and engineering management to prioritize accessible features and bug fixes. Experience / Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field. Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work for web and/or mobile applications, ideally including website experiences. 5+ years of UX design, with a proven record of leading websites and/or products from conceptualisation to market success. Keen eye for modern design that produces visually appealing and intuitive interfaces. Ability to leverage and expand upon well-established brand assets and styles Strong communication skills and active listening ability. Adept at fostering relationships with core and cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to create a multiplier effect that inspires others and instills trust. Expert knowledge of current design tools such as Figma and ability to quickly learn new tools as they emerge. Please submit a resume with links to your portfolio.
