**WE ARE HIRING A LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST! **PER DIEM Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays** ** ABOUT ATTAIN: Attain, a national rehabilitation provider, offers a refreshing new approach to the delivery of rehabilitation services. We strive to provide the most leading quality of care to the athletic population, with an emphasis on manual therapy, sport-specific rehab, and extensive individualized attention. We are searching for physical therapists who share our values and passion for bringing high-quality sport-specific physical therapy care. We are looking for a Physical Therapist who provides great energy, makes welcoming people a top priority and is looking to grow with the company's long-term vision. The position is being offered as PRN. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Consults with medical, ancillary professionals and other team members/supervisors to provide optimum quality patient care and effective operations. Performing duties standard for DPTs including but not limited to: treating more than 1 patient while still providing individualized attention, utilizing sport-specific rehab techniques, proficient in manual therapy skills, developing rapport with our community-based patient load, and educating patients on their health care benefits. Provide treatment to patients in an outpatient setting. Maintains and completes evaluations, patient records, reports and all written documentation effectively and in a timely manner, in accordance with regulatory and department guidelines. Effectively communicates with patient and/or family/significant other in providing updates. Instructs on proper home exercise programs and therapies Ability to address staff and patients in a courteous and friendly manner as well as accept constructive criticism. Must be willing to communicate with patients of various levels of functioning and various types of personalities. Willingness to communicate perceived physical and emotional needs of patients to other skilled staff to assist with addressing their care needs. Adheres to Attains policies and procedures. Ensuring effective and efficient implementation and development of standard operating procedures. Maintain a steadfast presence in the clinic. Ability to communicate a passion for the company and inspire the same enthusiasm in our client for positive feedback both in-person and online.
