We offer World Class Home Care with small community values. We're looking for a Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We have several clients available in the Twin Cities area. New grads welcome! We absolutely love our caregivers and are excited for you to join our winning team. Other cases in the area to explore. Details for this case: - Located in Eden Prairie, MN Home with pets - Young Adult Male (28-year-old) - CP, No trach, no vent - Noc Shift 7pm-7am every Friday Responsibilities: - Administer nursing care to client - Help maintain patients treatment plans - Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior - Maintain accurate patient medical records - Provide advice and support to patients and their family members Qualifications: - Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients. - RN or LPN Minnesota License - Ability to build rapport with patients - Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Who We Are Communities of Care serves medically fragile pediatric and adult clients.
