Job Description: We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Team Leader to guide our strategic initiatives as we navigate an upcoming phase of growth in 2024. This individual will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to our marketing team, ensuring that our strategies are effectively implemented to meet our organizational goals. Additionally, this team leader will have the chance to engage in hands-on experiences, including travel to any of our 7 locations as part of our marketing activities, and learn how to operate in cross-functional projects. Responsibilities: Complete a hands-on 2-4 week paid training program to fully understand our marketing processes and client needs. Learn how to teach, train, develop, and manage a team of 5-10 people to achieve their full potential. Display proficiency with social media strategies, administrative structures, networking events management, and financial oversight. Engage in hands-on experiential marketing events, working closely with clients and customers to create memorable brand experiences. Lead small teams in the strategic planning and execution of live events, emphasizing effective communication, versatility, and compassion. Act as a liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that all event objectives are met with excellence and professionalism. Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals to deliver customized marketing solutions that drive results. Stay agile and adaptable in a dynamic work environment, proactively addressing challenges and seizing opportunities for growth and innovation. Character: Creative: Demonstrates innovative thinking and the ability to develop unique marketing strategies. Leadership: Capable of inspiring and guiding a team towards achieving strategic goals. Versatile: Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in diverse situations and handle multiple responsibilities effectively. Passionate: Deeply committed to driving positive change and making a meaningful impact through marketing efforts. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven leadership experience in marketing roles, demonstrating strategic thinking and effective team management. Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit. A passion for driving positive change and making a meaningful impact through marketing efforts. Experience in experiential marketing or event management is advantageous but not essential.
