The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and contribute to high-stakes intellectual property litigation cases. Duties: • Handle a caseload of intellectual property litigation matters from inception to resolution. • Conduct legal research, analysis, and fact development to support litigation strategy. • Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs. • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys in case strategy and client interactions. • Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required. • Assist in managing discovery, including document production and review. Requirements: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Admitted to the State Bar. • 26 years of experience in intellectual property litigation. • Excellent academic credentials. • Strong legal research and writing skills. • Effective oral communication and advocacy skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Certifications: Active membership in the State Bar. Skills: • Proficient in legal research tools and databases. • Exceptional writing and speaking skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
