Our company is located in Los Angeles. We are a marketing, sales, and promotional advertising firm seeking an Entry-Level Representative to work with Verizon, one of our largest clients. The position is full-time, with opportunities to extend and grow your career from within. We offer sales and marketing experience to our Entry Level Representatives, who work to represent our partnership servicing leaders in the telecommunications industry. The Entry Level Representative will work directly with our Manager and receive full coaching and training. This may involve doing research on a target market, actively participating in product knowledge seminars and morning meetings, and providing direct customer service and sales support to consumers. The Entry Level Representative can expect to gain insight into innovative marketing, sales, and communications strategies through full participation in company activities and directives.Duties and Responsibilities of the Entry Level Representative Position: Conduct market and territory research to work with customers and advise them on best-fit service for their needs Assist Managers with customer interactions and sales support to increase revenue generated Assist with the launch of new campaigns and products as needed Accurately input customer data and track sales records Attend and learn all product knowledge for clients and apply it in actual consumer interactions and marketing initiatives Additional duties as assigned Candidate Qualifications for our next Entry Level Representative: 1-2 years experience in a customer service position High school diploma or GED is required Strong communication skills Desire to get hands-on work experience and be consistently challenged in the program Ability to function professionally in a fast-paced environment #LI-OnsitePowered by JazzHR
