During this massive period of growth, our client is asking us to train and develop our Entry Level Sales Manager team into future leaders and human resource directors. We have noticed that our team members with great communication skills and leadership potential are very easily trained and successful within the firm. Our ideal candidates are college graduates or entry-level professionals with customer service and sales experience that are looking for a career since this is an ENTRY LEVEL position. Responsibilities for our Entry Level Sales Manager team: Providing outstanding customer service Face-to-face presentations with consumers Sales and helping customers open new accounts Meeting and exceeding all performance expectations with integrity and professionalism A Successful Entry Level Sales Manager Will: Be able to analyze situations with consumers and use client knowledge and information to problem-solve Have an appetite for growth and development beyond entry-level tasks Readily ask questions about client products, services, or protocols to ensure a clear understanding of entry-level training Become familiar with the local market to better service the community with client products and promotions ** Here, we thrive on a positive work environment.
