The candidate must possess a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, an active Bar license, and prior work experience in tax advisory services. Fluency in Korean is required, along with a working knowledge of contracts, transactional, and general corporate/business law. Duties:Provide tax advisory services, including planning, compliance, and controversy resolution for individuals and corporations.Handle tax matters related to family tax planning.Work on tax compliance issues, including preparing and reviewing tax returns.Represent clients in tax audits, negotiations, and controversies.Advise clients on tax-efficient structures for transactions and business operations.Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.Communicate effectively in Korean with clients and team members.Collaborate with other attorneys on transactional and corporate matters as needed. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.Active Bar license.4+ years of legal experience in tax practice, including individual, corporate, and family tax planning, compliance, and controversy.Fluency in Korean.Working knowledge of contracts, transactional, and general corporate/business law. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications:Active Bar license.
