Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth• Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home• Prospect for new leads to promote new business• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred• Great communication and social skills• Technology driven• Show good organizational and time management skills• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills• Real Estate License Compensation: $100,000 + About Company: The Strata Group is a forward-thinking real estate team motivated by results and inspired by its people.
