Should have equivalent experience eligible for re-positioning include: tax-oriented real property and transactional practice. Experience and expertise in Federal and California tax law is required. Must be licensed in California. Familiarity and experience with San Francisco Bay Area is important. Financial background pertinent to client base and transactions is necessary. This law firm is dedicated to offering families and individuals the best experience in financial related matters. Their areas of practice include estate planning, trusts, wealth transfer, fiduciary litigation, and estate.
