Description:
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field PLUS 2 years of experience within Procurement, including experience with professional purchasing processes. Must have: Demonstrated experience and competence using eProcurement and ERP systems such as SAP; Demonstrated competence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); Demonstrated ability to hold suppliers accountable for performance; Demonstrated ability to provide accurate, clear, and timely communication of information, both upward and lateral, including verbal, written, and listening skills; Demonstrated ability to represent the company in a professional manner; Demonstrated reliable judgment that is consistent, adaptable to unusual situations, realistic, and employs a common-sense approach to job and problems; Demonstrated motivation, diligence, initiative, and commitment to self-improvement; Demonstrated willingness to consider others ideas and to work with others as part of a team; Demonstrated strong negotiation skills.
