Solution Heating & CoolingNow HiringHVAC Installation TechniciansStarting Wage $28 + based on experienceWilling to train self starters & motivated individuals with mechanical/trade type knowledge from carpentry, masons, electricians, automotive & diesel mechanics.Job Duties:-Installation of HVAC equipment & accessories-Advise/record of any material or stock shortages-Continue building professional knowledge (technical, communication skills)-Operate and use basic hand tools-Operate & use power tools-Ability to operate fork lift-Ability to operate & work from lift platforms-Ability to interpret blueprints-Strong communications-Respect customer property, home & wishes-Use floor protection rugs-Keep work vehicles stocked, cleaned & maintained (tires, oil, lights)-Clean & professional appearance pants, shoes, boot-Communicate effectively with customers-Record picture, model & serial numbers for installed equipment-Stay safe & maintain good judgement-Check daily schedule and load materials required-Clock in on job tickets-Generate materials list for future return visits-Generate areas of concern or follow up items on job ticket-Maintain clean work site-Organize and store any unused material in shopStart time 7am at our Cameron locationStop time varies as jobs complete - 8-10 hours a day M-FRotating on call schedule October/April for weekend emergency service.40+ hours a week.
