Inside Sales KEI Medical Imaging Services supports MRI and CT providers by servicing MRI and CT scanners with repairs, maintenance, inspections, installations and de-installations, site planning, consultations, and replacement OEM parts. KEI Medical Imaging Services supports customers nationwide and prides itself on teamwork and exceptional customer service. KEI Medical Imaging Services is growing! We are located in Hutto, TX and we are seeking a full time Bilingual (Spanish) Inside Sales Associate to join our team. More about you: The Inside Sales / Fulfillment Associate will provide exceptional customer service in day-to-day sales and fulfillment activities that reinforces KEI Medical Imaging Services vision and mission. Responsibilities include: Prepare and present professional and accurate part quotes. Act as an advisor for customers to identify needs and resources in a timely fashion. Maintain regular communication with customers. Input sales orders quickly and accurately to our internal systems. Work with the warehouse team in the fulfillment of orders to ensure products are received on time. Initiating proactive contact with customers by making sales/marketing outbound calls as needed. Strive to exceed customer service expectations. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience/Skills Bilingual in Spanish a must Self-motivated and conscientious with high energy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer aptitude and willingness to learn product and computer systems. Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to multi-task. Strong sense of urgency. Work well in highly collaborative team atmosphere. Mechanical aptitude will help learn the parts quicker Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, sit and stand in varying climate conditions.
