Particularly, we are in Singer Island, Florida which is a retirement heaven for many people. Our ideal partners are: • Experienced attorneys or new grad attorneys who like to do legal work but do not like to take care of operation work; or• Attorneys who already have an office and want to expand their business to a new location. We provide office space, furniture, equipment, insurance, supplies, software, and whatever you request.Our ideal partners will work passionately and effectively to ensure a successful outcome for our clients. Responsibilities: • Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action• Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings• Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence• Take care of customers' cases from beginning to end Qualifications: • Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a law firm environment• Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must• Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred About Company: We are a local firm in Florida.
