• Work well under pressure and be able to adapt to a fast-paced office• Must speak English and Spanish• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years experience in the paint industry• Must be knowledgeable on Mac OS systems as well as Google Sheets• Must be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets• Professional appearance and personality• Team player who works independently • Strong verbal and Communication skills• Work creatively to resolve issues, overcome obstacles, and meet production goals• Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done• Plus/bonus: Knows the ins and outs of painting, simple carpentry, and roofing Responsibilities:• Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Superintendent, Office Staff, and field employees• Work with Estimators to create paint schemes for jobs and gather information on paint/material/rental equipment needs for upcoming jobs• Work with the Superintendent and Foreman for paint/material needs for ongoing jobs• Order paint/materials/rental equipment for jobs and coordinate delivery to job sites Qualifications:After 90 days you qualify for the following:• Medical• Dental • Vision• Sick• Vacation• Monday-Friday position• Paid weekly Compensation: $25 -$27 hourly About Company: C&A Painting LLC is a family-owned company in San Jose.
