This position starts at $17.54 up to $20.04 per hour ongoing opportunities to earn additional bonuses and Weekly Pay / compensation. SecureOne Security Services is looking for a dynamic individual with security experience, excellent customer service skills, and technical experience to serve in the position of Special Response Flex Officer . Those who have served in the United States military, law enforcement, or other security roles are strongly encouraged to apply. As a Special Response Officer, you will work in a variety of locations to ensure the division's operations run smoothly by filling open shifts and schedules as directed or assigned. Benefits Include: Weekly Pay Competitive wages Internal advancement Medical Insurance Paid sick time Vacation pay Paid training Uniforms Company vehicle while on duty Free guard certification classes Discounted rates for advanced courses ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Must be mature, responsible and reliable Proven ability to deal with challenging situations while remaining calm and professional under pressure Willingness and ability to work weekends, holidays, and be on-call to cover additional shifts as assigned Ability to work multiple sites weekly as scheduled Maintain the cleanliness of the patrol vehicle and properly inspect the vehicle at the start/end of shift Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), handbook, scope of work, post procedures and other manuals at each site that you work. Conduct all Security Officer duties as assigned or directed QUALIFICATIONS: At least 21 years of age Minimum 2-3 years security experience High school diploma or equivalent Ability to effectively speak, read, and write in English Ability to pass a background check and drug test Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License, with a clean MVR (no moving violations within the past 3 years) Have reliable means of transportation Must obtain or possess required certificates to work as a Security Officer Must have legal right to work in the United States Must always maintain a working telephone ABOUT SECUREONE SECURITY SERVICES: Security One is a privately owned company that offers security services for residential, industrial, construction, and hospitality locations.
